ASEAN economic community will have direct effect on “price” of goods and services from inside ASEAN which will become cheaper and more easily accessible.
ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนนั้นจะมีผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อราคาสินค้าและบริการจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนต่ำลง และสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายชึ้น
However, AEC facilitates flow of skilled labour in specific professions to move more freely, as a result, human resources and management of that human resources in the region will unavoidably be affected.

For now ASEAN countries cannot hide from a more flexibility in mobility of labour. Therefore, governments should prepare to review the code of laws to be more open and should prepare to have a more open culture in practices.

While the war on talent is already overarching locally, the regional integration leading to facilitation of skilled-labour mobility may lead to greater expectation in salary and reward of ASEAN talented labours.

AEC should bring us to a better life. Organizations not only take advantages from this integration but some might also face threats attached with the integration.
